We use consumer feedback to get a more complete picture of the products and services we test. By considering the opinions of buyers like you who have already invested their money and time into using a product or service, we’re able to develop a deeper understanding of the strengths and weaknesses that a particular product or service may exhibit over time.

Consumer feedback helps us understand how products are used in the real world. We look for design flaws, software bugs, and usability issues that are only noticeable with time, and identify products that show impressive durability.

To develop a holistic understanding of a product’s performance over time, we dig into online product evaluations. We frequently consider dozens of customer reviews before incorporating any consumer feedback into our product reviews. And we regularly revisit customer reviews to ensure we have the most up-to-date information from users.
