Step platforms are typically designed for pilates but can be used for all sorts of workouts – box jumps, push ups, dips, and more. You can find them built for just one foot or for both – smaller platforms are good if you are working out with space constraints. If you want to expand the number of workouts possible, then we suggest finding a set that can be stacked. You’ll want to find step platforms that have good grips on the bottom so they don’t slide when you’re using them, especially on a slick floor. Also be sure to check the weight limit of the platform in order to avoid injury.
