Kickball is a great sport for any age – all you need is a field, a ball, and a little leg strength. Kickballs are designed to be lightweight, both so you can easily kick them long distances but also so they don’t hurt if you get hit by one. You can find professional rubber kickballs but these are better for those who participate in competitive leagues. Most people will be happy with a simple kickball, like the ones you used in gym class. You can also find smaller kickballs for kids but just remember, while a smaller ball is easier for kids to catch and throw, a bigger ball will be easier for them to kick.
