David Allan Van taught English in Vietnam, sociology at Indiana University, consumer and business research at University of Miami, and Human Behavior for MBAs at University of the West Indies. For 30 years, he studied how people interact with products and services of all kinds. He wrote hundreds of proprietary reports about his findings. Five years ago, he started a blog where he explains complicated subject matter simply and publishes a new article every week.
