Jay comes from the Philippines, where he worked previously as a marketing writer for The Columns Ayala Avenue, The Residences at Greenbelt, and various freelance projects. He is currently finishing a novel about the Eleventh Airborne in World War II and a sequel set in postwar California. A US citizen, Jay lives in Spokane, WA.
