Erica Redding (she/her) writes about products that improve the health and wellness of living things. She graduated with a BS in Psychology from Texas State University and worked for almost a decade in mental health before traveling the world as a digital nomad. Utilizing her experience documenting the needs of people from a variety of backgrounds, she focuses her energy on everything from massage to pet care. When Erica isn’t researching or writing, she spends time in nature with her adopted Vietnamese rescue cat and dog.
