For anyone who considers "The X-Files" the greatest TV show ever made — an entirely reasonable position requiring no further investigation — this LEGO set perfectly captures the series’ unusually effective mixture of eerie science fiction and deadpan humor.

"The X-Files" premiered in 1993, pairing paranormal believer Mulder with physician and committed skeptic Dana Scully. But LEGO didn't settle for placing Mulder and Scully behind a desk and calling the case closed. The display combines a detailed model of Mulder’s underground office with the woodland scene that conceals it — and also a UFO hovering above the trees on a transparent support.
The set comes with eight minifigures, including the two investigators, but also an alien, a creepy sewer dweller, Assistant Director Walter Skinner, informant Mr. X and more of the show's heroes and villains.

At 1,497 pieces, this Jaws diorama includes the Orca and the giant shark attacking from the back. The ship has a removable cabin roof so you can see the inside.
