The Samsung Micro RGB R95H Smart TV: Ultra-luxury viewing gets more affordable

Let’s start with the most striking TV line we’ve ever seen: Samsung’s Micro RGB. In August 2025, we saw the brand-new 115-inch Micro RGB and fell in love, but it came with one catch … the price. The eye-popping colors, the clarity and the design itself were all as close to perfect as you could get, but for $30,000. That’s right … the price of a new car for a TV. Samsung’s response? Make a TV just as great for a fraction of the cost.

Enter the Samsung Micro RGB R95H TV. Starting at $3,199.99, it makes state-of-the-art tech much more accessible for consumers. The big draw here is the self-emissive backlighting, which uses independent red, green and blue backlights to deliver the perfect blacks of an OLED, but with significantly higher brightness and zero risk of burn-in. It’s also packed with high-end gaming and cinema specs, featuring an impressive 165Hz refresh rate, a glare-free screen coating that actually works under heavy lighting and a new NQ4 AI Gen3 processor that handles upscaling with impressive precision. It’s the kind of TV that makes everything, and we mean everything, look significantly cleaner and more lifelike. Our smartphones were entirely unable to capture just how spectacular this display looks up close.

Samsung S95H OLED Smart TV: Awesome glare-free finish

While the Micro RGB is the ultra-luxury Ferrari of TVs, for most consumers, OLED is the gold standard. This year’s S95H OLED is a nice upgrade from previous models and gives consumers a theater-quality viewing experience in their living rooms. Powered by the same NQ4 AI Gen3 processor found in the Micro RGB, the new OLED is fast, smooth and delivers amazing quality. One thing that stuck out was the glare-free finish, which allows you to watch content in even the brightest environments. Initially, we had concerns that the finish might dim or diffuse colors, but those were quickly squashed when we saw how vibrant this model looked. Starting at $2,499.99, this model is great for those seeking premium features, like a 165Hz refresh rate and 4K AI Upscaling Pro without spending exorbitant amounts of money.

Samsung The Frame Pro Smart TV: Glare-free, artsy and refined

Next up is the latest version of a TV that’s always been design-forward: The Frame Pro. While the Pro model was introduced in 2025, bringing Neo QLED tech to the popular line, the 2026 Frame Pro focuses on refinement, while adding a critical feature. Remember when I said we loved the glare-free tech? Samsung has brought this to its Frame Pro line. Seeing the new model up close, we noticed the glare-free finish right away. In an area near windows, there was no glare, making the visuals look impressively bright and clear. Pair this with some other performance upgrades and the hideable Wireless One Connect box, and this model is SoHo-studio ready for under $1,500.

The most affordable Samsung Smart TVs we saw

If you aren’t ready to spend big bucks, but want a major upgrade over an old HD model, the Neo QLED QN80H is a great option. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of the OLED or Micro RGB models, the QLED line still packs a punch. Starting at just $1,299.99, you get an incredibly bright quantum-dot TV that features 4K upscaling, a 144Hz refresh rate for gamers and impressive audio from built-in speakers. With sizes ranging from 55 inches to 100 inches, there is an option for every space. Plus, with Samsung’s seven-year OS upgrade guarantee, this TV will be supported through 2033.

Finally, we saw the M80H, Samsung’s 2026 Mini LED model. As the most affordable option of the TVs we saw, the Mini LED still features bright and smooth visuals and starts at just $699.99. For less money than the average smartphone, this TV is a great fit for gamers, offering a 144Hz refresh rate, Pure Spectrum Color and the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor. If you are budget-conscious, but still want a high-quality product from the king of TV brands, the Mini LED might be the path for you.

Something for everyone

When talking to Samsung folks, they love to note that they make a TV for everyone. This year is a great example of that. Whether you are willing to spend $700 or $7,000, there are top-of-their-class models available for every consumer.

Walking out of Samsung HQ, it’s clear the future is heading towards a world where your TV does more than just sit there and show the news. With the launch of the Vision AI Companion across the entire 2026 line, Samsung is moving toward a world where your screen actually anticipates what you need, whether that is showing your favorite team’s stats during a game or helping you manage your smart home.

As Samsung celebrates its 20th year as the top TV brand in the world, this lineup feels less like a simple hardware refresh and more like a shift in how we can actually utilize our living rooms. If you have been waiting for the right moment to upgrade, the combination of "OLED-killing" brightness and smarter-than-ever software makes 2026 a very hard year to ignore. If you’ve been waiting for a reason to finally upgrade your home theater, this year's lineup makes it easier than ever to find the right fit for your space and your budget.
