If you work in an environment where water is a constant, just wish to ward off the inevitable coffee spill, or love the idea of washing your keyboard, a waterproof keyboard is for you. When shopping for one, you’d ask pretty much the same questions as shopping for any keyboard. Is it mechanical or membrane? How many keys does it have? Is it easy to set up? How configurable is it? Be sure to read any documentation to verify exactly how waterproof it is before you start testing it yourself. Some of these keyboards also have bonus features such as phone holders, voice response, and programmable LED lights.
