A quality set of six quickdraws from one of our favorite climbing brands. Their attention to detail makes these our favorite pick.

Pros

Extra durable thanks to the H-shaped cross design. Can comfortably support 500 pounds for extended periods of time. Easy to feed rope or webbing through.

Cons

On the heavier side compared to other trad quickdraws.

Bottom Line

A great budget option for beginner climbers. Better for trad climbing than sport climbing.

Pros

Available in a variety of colors. Very inexpensive compared to bigger brand quickdraws. Easy to clip into – a good pick for climbers just starting to use quickdraws.

Cons

We wish the dog bone was thicker to give it more durability.

Bottom Line

While the low price might seem too good to be true, this is a safe and quality set of quickdraws.

Pros

Incredibly low price for good quickdraws. They're lightweight which makes them good for trad climbing. Many owners have taken falls on them and have had no issues with the quickdraws holding.

Cons

On the smaller side which can make it more difficult to clip line into. Not everyone loves wire draws.

Bottom Line

Both the 12cm and 18cm options are big but still light. If you love Black Diamond then these are great for you.

Pros

Good intro quickdraws – average length and lightweight. Available in two different widths. The orange is easy to see on a wall.

Cons

Very popular quickdraws, so easy to get mixed up with other climbers. Some feel the dogbone is too loose and added tape or rubber bands to keep from swinging.

Bottom Line

A solid set of quickdraws with some unique characteristics. Good all-around choice.

Pros

The orbit lock system on the carabiners means they won't snag when you unclip. High-quality carabiner stop on the rope end keeps the climber more secure with less swing action.

Cons

The carabiners don't have protected notches. The carabiner stop is bulkier than most.
