Lacrosse goals are all the same size and configuration when used for regulation outdoor game play. But when you’re looking for practice nets or indoor nets, you have some other options. Outdoor lacrosse goals have a goal mouth opening of 6’ x 6’. Indoor lacrosse goals measure 4’ x 4’ in the goal mouth. With an official lacrosse goal, the metal frame will have squared corners. The metal pipe will measure 2” in diameter for an official goal. With practice lacrosse goals, the pipe often has a 1.5” diameter and uses rounded corners. When practicing at home, you may want a collapsible lacrosse goal. It’ll fold down for easy storage, but you also can set it up quickly when it’s time to play.
